Job Responsibility
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material(e.g. pens, and brochures all needful material for office work )
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, maintain list of daily work
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.

**Salary**: From ₹110,084.20 per year
