You will assist in managing and optimizing daily business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects, analyze data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key highlights**:

- Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing resource allocation.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and support operational strategies.
- Work closely with project managers and department heads to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on operational metrics, project progress, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations role or a related field.
- Great temperament and proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) are a must.
- A generalist mindset with experience and the ability to participate in different areas.
- A hustler, an executor who is able to sift through the chaos and make decisions.

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
