Corporate Lawyer

Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Corporate Lawyer** to manage Partial corporate legal processes. The role includes handling legal documentation, contract management, compliance, M&A activities, intellectual property matters, and providing strategic legal advice to safeguard the company's interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business operations, and risk management.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities including due diligence, negotiations, and integration.
- Ensure the company’s legal compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required, or liaise with external counsel.
- Handle intellectual property filings, licensing agreements, and infringement actions.
- Manage company secretarial functions such as board meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate filings.
- Conduct internal training sessions on legal and regulatory matters for key stakeholders.
- Research and anticipate legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in dispute resolution and legal settlements where needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or Related field
- Qualified to practice law (member of Bar Council or relevant licensing body).
- 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate/legal advisory firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong understanding of corporate, contract, commercial, employment, and IP law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and strong business acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
