**About Us**:
The Learning Curve is a rapidly growing childcare facility dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children's holistic development. We are seeking passionate Female Preschool and Daycare Teachers to join our team and contribute to creating a fun and educational atmosphere for our young learners.

As a Preschool and Daycare Teacher at The Learning Curve, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging educational programs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the field of early childhood education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities as required.
