**Job Shifts**:

- 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM
- 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

**Requirements**:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline
- **Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory**
- Freshers are welcome to apply, with a starting salary of 20000 INR per month (inclusive of ESI & PF benefits) along with attractive incentives
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Age limit: Up to 35 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and efficiently address financial inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding financial products and services.
- Assist customers in navigating through our services and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while effectively communicating with customers
- Document all customer interactions and update relevant records in the company database
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the Voice Processing team
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers

**Selection Process**:
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
