We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled **MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Stack Teacher to join our team**. As a **MERN Stack Faculty**, you'll have the opportunity to impart your knowledge and expertise in full-stack web development to eager learners. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions focused on MERN stack development.
- Develop curriculum content that is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students, assisting them in grasping complex concepts and solving coding challenges.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies and integrate them into the teaching material.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Offer additional support outside of class hours through office hours, online forums, and other communication channels.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Maintain open communication with students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong command over MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of their principles and best practices.
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a technical or educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Patience and empathy in guiding students through their learning journey, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to empower others through knowledge sharing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
