**Responsibilities**:
1. Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance quality and aesthetics.

2. Ensure consistency in style, color, and tone across all visual content.

3. Collaborate with photographers and cinematographers to achieve desired outcomes.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for photo and video editing.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements.

7. Assist in the development of creative concepts and visual strategies.

8. Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and retrieval.

9. Contribute to the development and improvement of editing processes and workflows.

10. Uphold company branding guidelines in all edited content.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a photo and video editor or similar role.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

3. Strong understanding of color correction, composition, and visual storytelling.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

5. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media ,photography, film production, or a related field (preferred).

9. Portfolio showcasing previous photo and video editing work.
