Key Responsibilities
- **Preparation & Cooking**: Craft a variety of Indian sweets and desserts, ensuring authenticity and high-quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all items.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the ordering and storage of ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with food safety standards.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Guide junior kitchen staff, imparting knowledge of traditional techniques and hygiene practices.
- **Event Support**: Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring the timely preparation of sweets
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
