Coordinating with assigned Sales representative & fulfilling their requirements as per process
- Providing customers with quotations
- Establishing the clients Air/ Ocean freight requirements
- Coordinating with Overseas partners for booking & required documents
- Verifying all documents before sailing of shipments
- Arranging appointments for assigned Sales representative
- Arrange customer communications and document process
- Coordinating & forwarding all required documents & correspondence related to shipments to Operations team for smooth handling of shipments
- Managing and growing country accounts and trade lanes by closely monitoring new and existing accounts, volume growth opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Framework and completion of SOP’s relevant to new account start-up to include contacts, operational handling, business reviews, and schedules
- Ability to accept and respond to specific customer inquiries relative to project status, shipment movement, and other areas relative to new business start-up.
- Maintaining & updating daily activity logs
- Lead and prospect KPI management
- Meet expectations, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as defined by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Night Shift**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Night shift
- UK shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
