**The Role**

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for efficient administration of sites assigned in close coordination with the site execution teams

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting daily discussions with site execution teams to understand progress
- Daily reporting of progress to concerned stakeholders
- Assist the site execution teams in de-bottlenecking of issues
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly site progress reports
- Co-ordinating with client teams for gate pass issuance, entry processes, purchase orders, revisions, etc.
- Maintaining documentation for sites e.g. purchase orders, measurement sheets, purchases made, PPE list, etc.
- Entering necessary information in the company ERP

**Key measures and targets**
- Maintain effective administration of the project

**Key relationships**
- Internal team such as logistics, accounts, management, etc.
- Client teams
- Site execution teams

**Collaborative working**
- Build collaborative working relationships within the project team, the Clients team and with the wider supply chain to enhance efficiencies and Shivji Valji’s reputation on the projects
- Challenge existing processes to improve the flow of information between the project teams

**Essential**
- Extensive Administration experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - (Word/Excel/Outlook PowerPoint)

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadline
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
