The Junior Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily team operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that tasks are completed as per company standards.
- This is a leadership support role with hands-on coordination and team guidance responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Supervisor/Manager in managing daily team activities.
- Monitor the work progress and ensure targets are met.
- Guide and support team members to follow standard procedures.
- Report issues or delays in work to senior management.
- Maintain attendance, work logs, and basic reporting.
- Ensure team compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide on-job training and feedback to workers/staff.
- Help maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any stream).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹17,545.80 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
