Position: Sr. MIS Executive

Location: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing a team of MIS professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's MIS operations.
- Developing and maintaining the company's information systems and databases.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to produce reports and insights that support decision-making.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data and reports generated by the team.
- All department attendance Confirmations (Weekly basis)
- All Assets Audit
- Identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues related to the company's information systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their information needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with all data protection and security policies and regulations.
- Client Coordination for Invoices/Contract agreements
- Managing and allocating resources to ensure efficient and effective use of the team's time and budget.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field.
- Relevant experience in MIS or related fields such as database management, data analysis, or software development.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of professionals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data protection and security policies and regulations.
- Familiarity with software and tools used for data analysis and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Overall, an MIS team leader is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and security of a company's information systems and data. They should possess the necessary technical and managerial skills to lead a team and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
