1. **Patient Care and Management**
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients under the supervision of senior doctors or specialists.
- Conducting daily ward rounds, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring patients receive timely care.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays, MRI).
- Administering medications, treatments, and performing minor procedures as required.

2. **Emergency Care**
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing initial care for critically ill or injured patients.
- Participating in resuscitations (e.g., cardiac arrests) and stabilizing patients before senior staff or specialists take over.
- Ensuring timely communication with emergency teams and consultants during urgent cases.

3. **Documentation**
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and daily progress notes.
- Writing discharge summaries and ensuring proper follow-up instructions for patients after discharge.

4. **Communication and Coordination**
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals such as nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress.
- Escalating complex cases or complications to senior doctors and specialists.

5. **Clinical Procedures**
- Performing basic clinical procedures such as inserting IV lines, taking blood samples, suturing wounds, and other minor interventions.
- Assisting in surgical procedures or more advanced treatments under the supervision of specialists.

6. **Supervision and Teaching**
- Supervising junior medical staff, interns, or medical students when necessary.
- Providing teaching and guidance to less experienced staff in clinical settings.

7. **Compliance and Safety**
- Ensuring all clinical practices comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Reporting adverse incidents or complications and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

8. **On-call Responsibilities**
- Being available for on-call shifts to provide care during nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Managing patient admissions, transfers, and other urgent needs during on-call shifts.

9. **Training and Professional Development**
- Continuing medical education to enhance knowledge and skills in different areas of medicine.
- Participating in hospital or department training programs, conferences, and clinical audits.

An RMO is an essential part of the healthcare team, providing frontline care while gaining hands-on experience and advancing their medical expertise under supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,918.74 - ₹80,102.12 per month
