**Job Description: Hindi Teacher (Senior Secondary and Secondary Classes)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Hindi language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum for Secondary and Senior Secondary classes.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a conducive and disciplined learning environment.
- Engage students in interactive and participatory learning activities to enhance understanding.
- **Student Evaluation and Support**:

- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide feedback and support to students to improve their language proficiency.
- Identify students’ individual learning needs and offer extra support where necessary.
- **Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Encourage and involve students in language-related extracurricular activities such as debates, elocutions, essay writing, and cultural programs.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on teaching methodologies, language trends, and curriculum changes.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Proficient in using modern teaching aids such as smart boards, educational software, and online tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students in active learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
