**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a dynamic and challenging French language curriculum for secondary grades, focusing on proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Design lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, language proficiency standards, and cultural appreciation.
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Deliver interactive and communicative French lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and authentic resources.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance language learning experiences.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Foster a supportive and immersive learning environment that encourages students to actively engage with the French language.
- Provide opportunities for students to practice and develop their language skills through authentic communication and meaningful tasks.
- **Cultural Awareness**:

- Introduce students to the cultural diversity of French-speaking countries and regions, promoting an appreciation for French culture, traditions, and heritage.
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons and activities to deepen students' understanding and respect for cultural differences.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to improve their language skills and achieve their learning goals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with fellow language teachers, faculty, and administrators to enhance the overall language learning program.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Teaching certification with a focus on French language instruction.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French language.
- Previous experience teaching French to secondary-grade students.
- Strong command of language teaching methodologies, cultural competence, and effective communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for promoting language acquisition and cross-cultural understanding.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
