**Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities**:
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional service.

- Identify printing related problems with customer supplied files and try to overcome this with tools
- available and by communicating effectively with the customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing overall guidance to client service employees.
- Organizing clients' visits to our facilities and explaining the advantage of fully utilizing the product and
- service offered by us with features and benefits.
- Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
