**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and use these to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in UI/UX design.
- Work on projects across various domains, including healthcare, agriculture, fantasy gameplay, and AI crowd analysis.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, backed by user data and research.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InVision.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Blender, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with design systems, information architecture, and user-centered design principles is must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
