Lawn Tennis Coach

We are looking for Lawn Tennis Coach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement personalized training programs to improve players' tennis skills, including techniques, footwork, and strategy.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, focusing on both fundamental skills and advanced tactics.
- Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses through observation and analysis, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize and supervise practice matches, drills, and conditioning exercises to enhance players' performance and fitness.
- Prepare players for competitive tournaments and matches, offering guidance on mental preparation and game-day strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to motivate players and encourage sportsmanship.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in tennis coaching and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a tennis player and coach, with a strong understanding of tennis fundamentals and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.
- Certification or accreditation as a tennis coach from a recognized organization may be required, depending on the level of competition and organization.
- Knowledge of injury prevention and sports psychology is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
