**Job Description for Store Assistant**

Location: Pristine O2 World, Kharadi

Department: Real Estate

Reports To: Mr. Praful Jagtap

Position Type: Full Time

**Job Summary**:
The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing incoming materials, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the quality of items received. This role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing inventory reports, and coordinating with suppliers and construction teams to ensure the smooth operation of materials management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Materials Management:_
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies for quality and quantity.
- Organize and store materials efficiently to optimize space and accessibility.
- Ensure all materials are properly documented and tagged upon receipt.
- 2. Inventory Control:_
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and reorder materials as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management, highlighting trends and potential issues.
- 3. Quality Assurance:_
- Check materials for defects or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues or discrepancies.
- 4. Coordination and Communication:_
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Work closely with construction teams and other departments to understand material needs and provide necessary support.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking material usage and deliveries to ensure project timelines are met.
- 5. Documentation and Reporting:_
- Document all transactions related to inventory, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
- Maintain and update inventory records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory levels, material usage, and supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

2. Additional education or certification in real estate is a plus.

3. Previous experience in real estate is preferred.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency with office software and familiarity with real estate management software is advantageous.

6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

7. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is beneficial.
