Manpower Contractor

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Manpower Contractor to provide skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor for our organization's [specific projects or ongoing operations]. The ideal contractor will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and deploying workers as per our requirements while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

**Manpower and Vendor Management**:
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to identify manpower requirements and ensure adequate staffing for all field operations.

Manage vendor relationships related to labor and contract staff, ensuring that vendor agreements align with company policies and standards.
- **Manpower Procurement**:

- Source and supply workers in various roles and skill levels based on job requirements.
- Ensure all workers are verified, properly trained, and equipped for assigned tasks.
- **Contract Management**:

- Oversee employment agreements, schedules, and payments of workers.
- Coordinate with management to understand and fulfill workforce requirements.
- **Compliance and Legal Adherence**:

- Ensure all workers have valid identification and meet labor law requirements.
- Handle necessary permits, insurance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Onboarding and Training**:

- Provide orientation and training to workers before deployment.
- Monitor the performance and productivity of the workforce.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Act as a liaison between workers and company management.
- Manage grievances and ensure smooth execution of workforce operations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of workers, including attendance, wages, and assignments.
- Provide regular updates to management on workforce availability and project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in manpower supply or workforce management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently.
