Civil Engineering & Commercial projects, Civil & Infrastructure works & maintenance project & Facility management Purchase etc.
- Responsible for all purchasing contracts and managing the process.
- Tender and purchase order generation.
- Develop and expand the available vendor network.
- Review / Assess the technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), drawings & Coordinate with Engineering/Project team to ensure the technical requirements are met.
- Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified/approved vendors incorporating all necessary technical & commercial clauses.
- Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors /suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analyses related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation.
- Strong negotiation with suppliers to ensure that companies terms and conditions are met.
- Expertise in placing Purchase Orders in ERP, MS Word & MS Excel.
- Managing logistics functions, negotiating with transporters & clearing agents for cost effective transport solutions.
- Interaction with, Finance & Accounts Dept for release of payment to the vendors as per supply terms.
- Project life cycle monitoring & Analysis of issues during the same.
- Billing related formalities for Projects.
- Coordination, Contracts, Tendering, RFP Floating, Pre bid meeting, Receiving Quotations from vendor & follow up with them, support in technical validation, Internal Estimation, Negotiation with vendors, MIS Report, Project monitoring meeting, vendor development management, post contract contractors evaluation etc.
- Broad industry knowledge of the facilities & Industrial Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of contract fundamentals, ability to effectively interact with accounts, legal and Finance department on need basis.
- Looking after Purchase, subcontracting & Purchase/Procurement Operations like commercial construction projects, Civil EPC/Turnkey Engineering projects purchase, Irrigation, infrastructure & Civil Engineering projects Purchase.
- Structural, Factory Sheds, Shops Infrastructure, Automotive, Energy, manufacturing units, large warehouses, Engineering Projects Purchase.
- Planning and Programming of Site works, Materials, machineries and Man Power requirements.
- Managing the group of people which include subcontractors, labors, engineers, designers, and others.
- Conducting Kick-off meeting, follow-up with the suppliers, Subcontractors & Project team for the Material Supply/Execution/fabrication/Inspection and ensure that the schedule given by the supplier is monitored for any delays and raise the "Alerts" accordingly as per procedures.
- Contracts/Tenders and purchase order generation & making sure that all aims of project are met.
- Perform contract negotiation and deal signing.
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Ability to motivate people & having ability of time management and logical decision-making.
- Define the scope of the project as per budget/schedule/tender/contract.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Coordinate the project according to the project plan & Co-ordination and Supervision with Sub-contractor.
- Monitor/ approve all budgeted project expenditures. & Management Information System (MIS).
- Having ability of high level scheduling and project management of entire subdivisions.
- Inputs to Business Development and Tendering Department during tendering stage.

- Good Exposure in sourcing & Ordering of Civil items like Sand, Aggregates, Cement, Cement Products, RMC, Fabrication Material, Glass, MS, Tiles, Lighting fixture, Sanitation, Steel, Safety, SS Raw Material, Structural, Equipments& related etc& Electrical materials as well as Industrial Instrumentation Materials, and Consumable items etc.
- Experienced in Department Coordination, Inter Departmental Relations Expert in material costing in consideration to all direct & indirect cost factors.
- Expertise in managing entire breadth of commercial operations inclusive of sourcing, order processing and materials management etc.
- Proven ability to lead effective Purchase/Project team and adapt at Planning, Negotiation and Analysis.

Pay: ₹10,050.22 - ₹37,044.67 per month
