**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Participate in the setup of new funds, collaborating with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
- Manage day-to-day fund operations and liaise with investors and fund managers.
- Handle fund accounts and prepare periodic and regulatory reports.
- Calculate periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) and prepare year-end financial statements; manage audits and review related reports.
- Review tax returns and maintain communication with tax authorities.
- Accurately record time spent on client matters for invoicing.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by managers or clients.
- Supervise and mentor 1-2 Associate Fund Accountants or Fund Accountants, providing training and prioritizing their work.
- Respond to auditor queries and ensure compliance with internal audit procedures.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients and stakeholders, including financial information and performance returns.
- Support cash distributions and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop leadership skills by leading projects and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of client agreements.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Relevant experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services preferred.
- Knowledge of the fund industry, valuation, and accounting practices.
- Basic understanding of investment products and securities (equities, bonds, options, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate challenges effectively.
- Ability to lead and develop a team, with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
