PROFILES FOR DATA SCIENTIST WITH NLP, Classic ML and Time

Series Experience. (Optimization Knowledge Good to have)

Experience

1. Background in Computer Science, Computer Applications or any quantitative discipline (Statistics,

Data Science, Mathematics etc.) from a reputed institute.

2. Around 5-7yrs of experience in Data Science and NLP using classic, advanced models like Python.

Intermediate SQL Experience is mandatory.

3.Candidat should have worked in NLP models in the past, should know how to pre-process raw data,

how to create features from Text data etc.

4. Must have excellent working knowledge having delivered industry solutions in Classic ML/ Time

Series/ Deep learning Use Cases.

5. Proven track record of building Statistical and Deep Learning models and implementing them into

production

6. Should have past experience in ML Evaluation Metrcis, ML Algorithms etc. Must have delivered

analytics solutions using Machine Learning techniques such as Linear Regression, gradient descent,

Logistic Regression, Forecasting, Cluster analysis, Decision trees, Linear Optimization, Text Mining

etc

7. Ability to work on large scale data (structured and unstructured) having applied fundamentals in

data management, parallel computing and distributed systems.

8. Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment.

9. Must be able to work across different domains and get a quick sense of the business processes &
flows.

10. Ability to translate business problems into the data realm and identify pertinent and meaningful

solutions.

11. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong urge to learn, iterate and

innovate.

13. Understanding business problems, making sense of the data landscape & footprint, performing a

combination of exploratory, Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics.

14. Extracting actionable insights and helping put together an execution roadmap.

solutions and leverage analytics for better consumption of data. Proficient in Python.
