**Overview**:

We are currently seeking a skilled PCB Designer to join our Electric Vehicle Division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation electric vehicles and their advanced electronic systems.

**Responsibilities**:
**PCB Design and Development**: Design, develop, and implement printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electric vehicle systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability.

**Schematic Capture**: Create and maintain schematic designs using industry-standard software, ensuring accurate and clear representation of electronic circuits.

**Component Selection**: Collaborate with the engineering team to select appropriate components, considering performance, cost, and availability.

**Design Verification**: Conduct thorough design verification and validation processes to ensure compliance with specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration of PCBs into the overall vehicle system.

**Prototyping and Testing Support**: Provide support for prototyping, testing, and debugging of PCBs to identify and resolve design issues.

**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

**Compliance**: Ensure designs adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the automotive and electronics industry.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and innovation in PCB design methodologies and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in PCB design for electric vehicles or related industries.
- Proficiency in industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics).
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to PCB design and automotive electronics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-voltage PCB design for electric vehicles.
- Familiarity with thermal management and EMI/EMC considerations in PCB design.
- Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
