**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct German language classes for levels A1 to B2 (or higher, as required).
- Use effective teaching methodologies to enhance students' language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- **Course Design and Planning**:

- Develop and adapt lesson plans, curriculum, and learning materials.
- Customize training sessions based on student needs and objectives, such as certification exams (Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, etc.).
- **Student Assessment**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- **Motivation and Engagement**:

- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Encourage active participation and cultural understanding.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the administration to schedule classes and manage student queries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Proficiency in German (C1/B2 level certification preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German or related field.
- Experience teaching German language (1-3 years preferred).

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with exam preparation for Goethe, TELC, or other certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use digital tools for online training sessions (if applicable).
