**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development**: Develop, update, and improve course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams, to reflect the latest trends and technologies in the field.
- **Student Engagement**: Provide mentorship to students, including academic advising, guidance on research projects, and supporting students in internships and career development.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum development, research initiatives, and departmental committees.
- **Office Hours**: Maintain regular office hours to provide academic support to students and address their concerns or questions.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in computer science, attend workshops, conferences, and pursue ongoing professional development.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting.
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts and principles, with expertise in at least one major area (e.g., software development, data science, machine learning, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and familiarity with modern development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate students effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in research, with a publication record in peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Experience teaching specialized topics in any one of the following AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Knowledge of online teaching tools and learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas).
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaborations or industry partnerships.

Pay: ₹15,774.94 - ₹35,363.09 per month
