**About the position**

Position - Architect

Experience -1 year (Freshers may apply)

Qualifications - B.Arch

Salary - ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 PM

Commitment Period - 1 year

Job location - Sector - 2, Panchkula

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in projects from concept to completion
- Creating working drawings and conceptualizing designs
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Conducting site visits

**Requirements**:

- Sound Knowledge of working drawings
- Strong aesthetic sense | Design Sensibility and excellent rendering skills.
- **Working Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Vray/Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop**:

- Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- A passion-driven individual with accountability for performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (required)
