Work with the Project Lead/Manager to sketch and iterate on new and complex user experience interaction
- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs
- Work with junior designers on the team to monitor and ensure development of consistent user experience across all areas of the website & mobile apps
- Ownership of end-to-end user experience i.e. overall user experience and consistency across an entire product down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and paper prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements
- Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)
- Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
- Communicate designs - Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, presentations that help the team understand what to build and why
- Reviews of team’s efforts, schedule and deliverable
- Mentor and grow rest of the UI/UX team

**Qualification**:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in software UI design
- Experience shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise products a plus
- A portfolio demonstrating visual/interaction design skills
- Able to plan and execute usability research using a variety of research methods and techniques
- Lead on all facets of UX process from concept generation to quality assurance
