**1. JOB PURPOSE**
- This position will support operations by monitoring and analyzing Master data, Key Data, and Master relationship data within the organization.
- The Support role is vital for assisting and cooperating within the Master Data team to maintain the integrity of all Master Data in SAP ERP System to meet the service level as well as accuracy.

**2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE**:
2.1 Bachelor’s degree in information science, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

2.2 Minimum 2 years’ Experience in SAP ERP System.

2.3 Minimum 1-year Experience in FMCG Industry.

2.4 Have thorough understanding and work experience of ERP landscape.

2.5 Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and high level of discretion and judgment.

2.6 Good knowledge in MS Excel (Creating Tables, Pivot tables, Macros, Formulas, Data visualization).

2.7 Team Player

**3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**:
3.1 Category Buyers, team members, data providers internal & External, Department heads.

3.2 Retail Store Managers & Data entry clerks

3.3 Commerce Sales team

**4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS**:
4.1 Responsible for the Master Data Maintenance across Organization, Multiple Channels of GCC.

4.2 Perform significant role in SAP roll out across the retail channel.

4.3 Maintain high level of standards on data integrity to meet the goal of data management.

4.4 Ensure data security while sharing critical data to other departments.

4.5 Assist the team on critical jobs to maintain the service level and standards.

**5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT**:
5.1 Across the Organization at GCC Level.

5.2 Must complete all given tasks in coordination with the customers and other support departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
