**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and translate them into feasible architectural designs.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other architectural tools.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design and construction process.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural projects, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other specialists to integrate their expertise into architectural designs.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and construction documents to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and construction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-5 years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on architectural design and project execution.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other architectural tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
