1) BE -Mech with 7 to 12 years’ experience in Automotive sourcing (casting, machining, stamping & Precision parts)

2) Driving NPI program parts RFQ, costing, negotiation, supplier finalization, parts development, capacity installation, ODT/PPAP and productionization. Also provide update on each program to team on weekly basis.

3) Drives RFQ, APQP closure, cost nego, tooling development and capacity launches with suppliers.

4) He/she is having very good costing knowledge, negotiation skills, supplier management in development.

5) Very good team alignment and work with program team.

6) Good end customer focus and goes out of boundaries to get work done.

7) Good knowledge of Excel, PPT, SAP must.

8) Good presentation and communication skills.

9) End to end program management for sourcing including drgs study, cost estimation, sourcing, development, capacity installation and on time parts launches.

You will Lead NPI Programs End to end from Phase 0 to Phase 6 (SOP). DFM, Dashboard and related activities along MRR score for NPI Phase readiness and identify critical actions for flawless
handover to Maintenance and Production.Responsible for Identificationand acquisition of new equipment and tooling related to new product, uses defined criteria for equipment and provides first hand training for equipment to Maintenance and Production, as well as all the other activities such as Work
Instruction, ergonomics, safety etc. for equipment design and process implementation.Define specification book for new equipment and tooling’s with support from respective CoE team. You Provide info about new product introduction to the core process ME, setting together with the ME Manager the
phases of new product introduction (NPI): attend to the design review, lead the PFMEA ; attend to the prototype builds; take part to the risk assessment of the project, definition of tooling and fixtures, gages, poka yoke via identification of the key characteristics; definition of control plan and work instruction. Needs to consider safety and quality aspects when introducing new processes. Interact with Process ME and CQE for the overall process reliability following metrics as well as with the cell supervisors. (OEE, RTY etc.). You Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer Uses problem analysis to help in developing new process and procedures Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements
