Job Title**:Counsellor cum Telecaller**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Guidance:
Provide information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Counsel students and parents on available programs and career opportunities.
Telecalling & Follow-ups:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
Handle inbound calls and address student concerns effectively.
Admission Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate admission tests, interviews, and orientation sessions.
Support the admission team in achieving enrollment targets.
Administrative & Computer Work:
Maintain student records and update databases regularly.
Work on MS Office and other relevant software for admission processes.
**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year in a similar role.
**Skills**:Very fluent in English and good command of Hindi.
Soft-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.
Work Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Sunday Off).**
