Execute sales and marketing strategies to improve business as directed by senior managers.
- Analyze and Collect insights about current market trends by field visits
- Develop digital marketing strategies
- Develop and generate leads through periodic visits with customers
- Maintain customer relationship with potential and regular customers as directed by senior managers
- Acquire new & potential customers with local markets & other regions.
- Search & travel extensively for new customers for building sales leads/ support visits for seniors.
- Plan and coordinate Sales Meetings and Attend national or local sales campaigns
- Maintain Field Sales Management Reports and submit it to Managers.
- Participate in customer appreciation programs/ Association meetings
- Ready for extensive travelling in assigned area.
- Other duties as may be assigned as when required

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to generate higher sales leads through marketing
- Should have good customer interaction
- Ability to resolve customer related issues
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Able to convert leads into sales effectively
- Good communication skills(both Oral/Written)
- Leadership and team management skills
- familiar with computer knowledge(MS Office)

**Education**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree with Marketing background

**Experience**:

- Minimum 0-3 years experience in Iron & Steel/ Building material industry
- Extensive Knowledge in Iron & Steel products required

**Job Location: Coimbatore**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
