**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Telecaller Cum Computer Operator** to join our team at Kherki eServices Pvt. Ltd. (KESPLtd). In this dual role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our solar power solutions, and assisting with administrative tasks related to customer data entry and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing KESPLtd's solar power plant installation services, and explaining the benefits of solar energy.
- Answering inbound calls from customers, addressing queries, and providing information on solar products and services.
- Scheduling appointments for site surveys and consultations.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assisting in the preparation of quotes and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
- Managing follow-ups with leads and maintaining a lead pipeline for sales teams.
- Operating computer systems to manage customer data, create reports, and ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently.
- Collaborating with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth communication and project timelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar administrative role.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and data entry.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to engage with clients professionally.
- A basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (preferably a graduate).
- Additional certifications in computer operations or telecalling would be a plus.
