**Job Description: Store Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

2. **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store environment.

3. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and transactions using appropriate software systems.

4. **Weighing Bridge Operations**: Operate weighing bridge equipment to measure and record the weight of incoming and outgoing goods.

6. **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

**7. Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

**8. Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Knowledge**: Understanding of store maintenance practices and procedures.

2. **Record Keeping**: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

3. **Weighing Bridge Operation**: Experience or familiarity with operating weighing bridge equipment and recording readings.

4. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

7. **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

8. **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

9. **Flexibility**: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
