**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**: Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and property visits.
- **Client Consultation**: Guide potential buyers through the entire property buying process, from initial inquiry to closure.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on real estate trends, market prices, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant information.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads and convert them into sales by addressing client queries, providing property details, and negotiating prices.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with legal paperwork, agreements, and other formalities related to property transactions.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients for future opportunities and referrals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and guidelines related to property transactions is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
