CGH Earth is looking for an enthusiastic Commis III to join the F&B Production team at our scenic Isla's Ridge property in Kodaikanal. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about learning and growing in the culinary world while working in an inspiring natural environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs with basic food preparation tasks and cooking.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and organizing as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen stations at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and handle kitchen equipment responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in learning multi-cuisine preparation techniques.
- A keen sense of cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take instructions.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
