Tpa Executive

Navjeevan Multispecialty hospital required TPA executive.

Qualification
- Bachelors or Master’s degree

Experience -1-3yrs

salary - negotiable

Roles and responsibilities:

- Collects and verifies TPA card, Photo ID card or insurance policy at the admission desk while the patient starts receiving necessary medical treatment
- Assists the patients/family members to fill the pre-authorization form and necessary consent forms.
- Forwards the completed forms to the concerned TPA by fax/mail within 24 hours of hospitalization of the patient
- Actively responds to any query/additional information asked by the concerned TPA regarding the treatment of the patient.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and assist the patients with their insurance approval.
- Prepare proper documents to be shared with the insurance companies and regulate a smooth billing process
- Co-ordinating with the administrative departments and the vendors, completing the tasks with high efficiency.
- Log budgeting and billing process stage updating in a spreadsheet

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NEAR PARAM FOOD RESTURANT, Gwalior - 474001, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
