**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- 15+ Years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one language that emphasizes class abstractions (for e.g. Java) and have coded in it for at least 6+ years
- Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithm design and complexity analysis
- Knowledge in Python will be big plus
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

Excellent computer fundamentals and problem solving skills
- Excellent data structures & algorithms skills
- Experience and knowledge of open source software, frameworks and broader cutting edge technologies.
- Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
- Good hands on in AWS scalable environment.
- Experience with different RDBMS and No SQL databases like MySQL, mongo, etc.
- Understanding of caching architecture and usage of different datastore like redis, memcache, etc.
- Working knowledge of Elastic search or Apache solr.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
- Experience in dealing with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
- Experience with Docker is a plus
- Experience with Lua, Rust is a plus
