**Responsibilities**:

- **Web Design**: Create and maintain visually appealing websites with a focus on UI/UX, ensuring responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to design websites and digital assets that align with business goals and user needs.
- **Design Prototypes and Mockups**: Design and deliver prototypes, wireframes, and visual assets using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- **Website Optimization**: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- **User Experience**: Focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly designs, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all websites adhere to company branding, standards, and design guidelines.
- **Maintenance & Updates**: Regularly update websites to improve functionality, performance, and security.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1+ year of experience in web design field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar design software.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design implementation. Knowledge of website frameworks and CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including responsive design and UX/UI work.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for design, layout, color schemes, and typography.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
- Experience with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Animation and motion graphics design skills (optional).
- Familiarity with design systems.
- Able to convert PSD file to HTML.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
