**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualising creative ideas with clients.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring they align with clients' branding.
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages, including colours and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
- Handling the communication with the clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Should be able to work on FTP / Cpanel
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Project Management skills are an added advantage
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimisation principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills

**Required Experience: 1-3 Years**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
