**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Establish and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and HR professionals.**:

- **Coordinate campus recruitment drives and job fairs.**:

- **Arrange industrial visits and internships for students.**:

- **Schedule and manage campus interviews and recruitment processes.**:

- **Maintain a database of students, recruiters, and placement records.**:

- **Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters.**:

- **Keep accurate records of placement statistics and prepare annual placement reports.**:

- **Analyze job trends and recruitment patterns to improve placement strategies.**
