**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Illustrator (Freshers / Interns with good Knowledge can also Apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and branding materials for digital and print platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all design assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visuals for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Design logos, icons, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Develop illustrations for editorial content, storyboards, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **6m or more of experience as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator (Freshers / Interns with a good portfolio may also apply).**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
- Ability to create both digital and hand-drawn illustrations.
- Experience in designing for social media, websites, print media, and branding.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
- Knowledge of animation or UI/UX design is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of **Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools**.
- Understanding of print production processes.
- Photography or video editing skills.
