**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating the design brief together with product owners, lead designer, integrate customer and user understanding with business requirements.
- Holding client interactions, documenting requirements, setting deadlines and preparing presentations.
- Supporting R&D projects in customer understanding.
- Should be having a hand-on design work and collaborating with developers.
- Coordinating design across multiple projects.
- Author, iterate and maintain UI documentation.
- Spreading Human Centered Design mindset in the organization (advocate design process, train colleagues).
- Expanding the studio portfolio in an impressive manner to showcase during client visits.
- Demonstrate leadership skills towards a team of junior designers, be a team player and manage projects within the team.
- Participation in design fests/meets could be required depending on the project schedule.
- Create and organize work in a structured and orderly manner.

**Your background**:

- Excellent visual and UI/UX design skills and a supporting portfolio.
- Work proficiency in softwares such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Print Knowledge, Web Design, Invision, Muse, Fireworks, XD, After Effects is a must along with a visualization software such as Unreal Engine/Blender/Vred would be a plus.
- Ability to express and communicate ideas well on paper, good sketching skills will be an asset.
- Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible and functional design deliverables.
- Being aware of the latest trends, following design news forums to be updated and anticipate vision for the future.
- Proactive personality with good time management skills.

**Qualification**:

- B.Des/M.Des in Interaction/Communication design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design or also BTech/MTech with design specializations and an impressive creative portfolio.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of UI/UX design, preferably in the automotive domain.

**Requirements**:
**Salary**: ₹12,740.25 - ₹57,541.73 per month

**Experience**:

- Automotive engineering: 1 year (required)
- UX: 3 years (preferred)
