**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Actively reach out to potential students and parents to generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and provide information about the institute's programs.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- **Sales and Enrollment**: Convert leads into enrollments by effectively presenting the institute's offerings.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
