2. Checking the availability of materials which is in stock.

3. Analyzing Long lead and short lead items.

4. Getting Quotation from the suppliers and fixing the suppliers, in case if the product is new.

5. Releasing PO, regular follow up, getting the materials.

6. GRN entry, Purchase Bill entry in Tally.

7. Checking the products as per Invoice, Placing it on the Right place.

8. Issuing it to production on the required date.

9. Transferring the materials from main store to project Godown in Tally.

10. DC preparing for sub subcontracting jobs and closing the DC.

11. Collecting the test and calibration certificate, handover to design dept.

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Any Graduate in Any Specialization,
