**Job Title**: News Editor (Content Writer) - English

**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

**Type of Employment**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Writing News Articles**: Create engaging and informative news articles on a variety of topics, ensuring accuracy and adherence to journalistic ethics and standards.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communications with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met in the content produced.
- **Press Releases**: Craft compelling press releases in line with editorial guidelines, effectively communicating news and announcements to the public.
- **Publishing**: Handle the end-to-end process of news article publishing, including formatting, SEO optimization, and sharing across relevant social media platforms.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the editorial team and other departments to brainstorm ideas, identify trending topics, and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Prior experience or knowledge in SEO and social media strategies will be considered an advantage.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent command of the English language, with impeccable writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of news reporting and journalistic standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Proficiency in SEO and social media platforms, with the ability to optimize content for better visibility and engagement.
