**Profile - Experience Associate.**
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for DME-related services and patient support.
- Verify insurance eligibility, confirm patient details, and explain DME product offerings.
- Educate customers on product benefits and close sales professionally.
- Strong sales and upselling skills, particularly in healthcare or product-based processes.
- Understanding of US insurance and healthcare terms is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
- Graduation not required. HSC Pass will do.
- Must be comfortable with fixed night shifts.
- High energy, target-driven, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent.
