**Role/ Position -** **Data Entry**

Job Location - Chandigarh IT Park

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update information about various drugs in the company’s database.
- Assign and monitor the tasks of the team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain data records on MS Excel.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity. Entering and checking
- Ensuring tasks are done on time with 100% accuracy and consistency data accuracy in database management software.
- Sorting and formatting data, and creating spreadsheets in MS Excel to organize the data.
- Proofreading and cross-checking entered data.
- always Ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Updating existing data sets.
- Maintaining data entry logs and reports.
- Following data entry protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Global sourcing.

**Skills**
- Excellent typing skills with accuracy.
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of data management software.
- Strong business communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience - **2+ **Years.

Qualification
- Any graduate can apply.
- Certification in computer training (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Great command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management software related to the fashion industry.
- Basic understanding of sustainability in the industry and eco-friendly materials.

Working hour - **2*pm to **11*pm (Monday to Friday)
