Store Assistant

**Job Title**: Store Assistant - FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERED

**Location**: POCHAMPALLI, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT, TAMILNADU
**Department**: Stores / Warehouse
**Reporting To**: Store In-charge / Manager - Stores
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years
**Industry**: Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions and maintain proper records.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update stock register/system entries on a daily basis.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Operate and manage inventory using **SAP MM (Materials Management) module**.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and identification of materials as per FIFO/FEFO.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Finance teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using SAP.
- Monitor material expiry, shelf-life, and initiate action for obsolete/slow-moving stock.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SAP MM module** (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, etc.)
- Good knowledge of storekeeping practices and inventory control
- Basic understanding of GST & material codes
- Strong documentation and communication skills

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline
- Certification or experience in SAP (preferred)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
